Kharibari, 23rd January: The Bharatiya Yuva Morcha launched ‘Jan Samparak Abhiyan’ in the area of Ramdhan Jote West of Kharibari. MP Raju Bista discussed various government facilities and schemes besides talking to the local residents of Ramdhan Jote village located on the Indo-Nepal border.
MP Raju Bista stated that he contacted the BDO regarding the corruption in the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. He questioned the removal of the names of 126 people in the area from the list of the housing scheme.
During this, All India BJP Yuva Morcha General Secretary Raju Bista, Matigara-Naxalbari MLA Anandamoy Barman, Phansidewa MLA Durga Murmu, Central Committee Member Bhakti Sharma, BJP Yuva Morcha President Arijit Das, and others were present. The MP assured the Panchayat members and Panchayat Samiti of the area of Rs 5 lakh for the construction of roads and canals in the area. Later, he also visited the Ramdhan Jote SSB camp.
