Cooch Behar, 27th September: Sanjukta Kisan Morcha called for a nationwide strike on September 27 in support of various demands, including the repeal of agricultural law. Bandh supporters took to the streets of Cooch Behar since this morning to make the bandh a success.
They protested by stopping a North Bengal State Transport Corporation bus in Cooch Behar’s Suniti Road. No private buses were spotted plying on the streets, Besides, most of the shops were kept shut.
