Siliguri, 29th November: On Wednesday, a blood donation drive was organized under the initiative of the Bhaktinagar Traffic Guard on Eastern Bypass Road. The event witnessed the presence of DCP Traffic Abhishek Gupta, ADCP Traffic Purnima Sherpa, and other police officers.
Reportedly, on this day, the policemen and the common people voluntarily came forward to donate blood at the camp. In addition to the camp, clothes were distributed in view of the upcoming winter. Furthermore, helmets were handed over to bike riders under the ‘Safe Drive Save Life’ awareness campaign.
