Siliguri, 18th May: Bhakti Nagar police station of Siliguri Metropolitan Police has arrested three miscreants before they could execute a major crime. The arrested individuals have been identified as Rahul Mandal, Jayanta Mandal, and Tapas Roy.
Acting on a tip-off, Bhakti Nagar police conducted an operation in the dumping ground area on Friday night. During the operation, the police apprehended three miscreants who were preparing to carry out a significant crime. Additionally, weapons were also recovered from the suspects.
The arrested individuals were produced in the Jalpaiguri court on Saturday. Police are currently investigating the entire case.
