Bengal confirms its third case of COVID-19

Kolkata, 21st March: The number of people infected in West Bengal has risen to three after a woman, with a travel history to Scotland, tested positive for the novel virus.


According to the West Bengal Health Department, the woman is between the age of 20-25 years and hails from Habra in the North 24 Parganas district. She returned from Scotland on March 16 and was later admitted to Kolkata’s Beliaghat ID Hospital after she showed symptoms of the COVID-19.
