Phansidewa, 27th October: A Bangladeshi youth has been arrested for entering India illegally. The arrested accused has been identified as Suresh Roy (30), a resident of Thakurgaon, Bangladesh.
According to police sources, some people were spotted in Kalujo near the Bangladesh border in Phansidewa block during police patrolling. The police managed to nab one of them named Suresh Roy. Bangladeshi currency was recovered from his possession.
During police interrogation, the accused confessed that he illegally entered India from Bangladesh.
