Rajganj, 24th February: A bamboo-laden truck overturned on the Siliguri-Jalpaiguri National Highway near Talma area after the driver lost control. The incident left the truck driver injured.
The truck, coming from Jalpaiguri towards Siliguri, reportedly skidded off the road and overturned on the roadside near Talma. Police from Kotwali reached the spot promptly, rescued the injured driver, and sent him to a local hospital. Efforts are underway to recover the vehicle.
