Siliguri, 14th December: On Thursday, an awareness program was conducted by cyber experts at the Siliguri Girls High School. The event was organized to educate the students on how to prevent falling victim to cyber scams.
As per reports, teachers as well as students from various schools of the city participated in this awareness program. Students performed theatre plays to depict several cyber fraud incidents. In addition, the experts thoroughly explained the various ways to avoid falling into the trap of cyber thugs.
Significantly, Siliguri Mayor Goutam Deb, Deputy Mayor Ranjan Sarkar, cyber expert Sandipan Sengupta, Siliguri Girls High School Principal Atyuha Bagchi, Siliguri Cyber Crime IC Suraj Chhetri, and others were in attendance.
