Siliguri, 31st October: Allegations surfaced regarding anti-social activities taking place in an apartment in Rabindrapally, Matigara.
It has been alleged that the residents sighted several youths and girls indulging over alcohol in the said apartment, on Saturday night. Upon protesting, a dispute broke out between them.
The locals said that the police were informed after the incident yesterday. The police reached the spot and detained 15-16 boys and girls.
