Annual cultural event held in Cooch Behar Polytechnic College

Cooch Behar, 31st January: An annual cultural event was organized at the Chamta Polytechnic College in Tufanganj, Cooch Behar.

North Bengal Development Minister Rabindranath Ghosh inaugurated the programme by lighting a lamp.
