Siliguri, 28th December: The 69th foundation day of the CPI (M) student organization AIDSO was celebrated. On the occasion of Foundation Day, a rally was taken out from Mitra Sanmilani Hall in Siliguri on Wednesday.
The said rally circumambulated the main road of the city and ended at Baghajatin Park in Siliguri where the members of the organization paid tribute to the martyrs. On this day, the members of the organization opposed the cancellation of the Education Policy 2020 and the privatization of the land of North Bengal University.
AIDSO Darjeeling District Committee President Comrade Dr. Apoorva Mandal, Vice President Comrade Dr. Shahryar Alam, and other AIDSO workers and supporters were present during this.
