Siliguri, 07th February: The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) appreciated the budget allocated in the education sector by the government. ABVP has also requested to implement ‘The New Education Policy 2019’ across India.
At a press conference in Siliguri Journalists Club, today, the North Bengal President of ABVP, Viraj Biswas, stated that they have demanded that the Central Government fix the basic structure of Government Educational Institutions so that they can keep pace with the Private Educational Institutions. He has also demanded that the State Government construct a Central University in North Bengal.
