Raiganj, 07th February: Sensation prevailed after an 8-year-old child, identified as Sadiya Fatema was killed in a tragic road accident near the Nagar Bridge under Raiganj police station in North Dinajpur district. The deceased is a resident of the Bhopla village under Karandighi police station.
It was reported that Sadia was heading towards her grandfather’s house on her father’s motorcycle. Unfortunately, a lorry ran over Sadia from behind after she fell off the bike near the bridge. The Police recovered the body, sent it for an autopsy and have launched an investigation into the incident.
