Kharibari, 06th February: Six passengers including a child were injured when a bus overturned at Chekarmari More of Kharibari block. Reportedly, a private bus was heading from Siliguri to Deviganj when suddenly a child came in the middle of the road. In an attempt to save the child, the bus lost its control and overturned.
A total of 6 people including the driver of the bus were injured in the said incident. While the injured were taken to Kharibari Rural Hospital, a huge traffic jam was witnessed on the national highway for a long time.
On the other hand, as soon as the news of the incident was received, the Kharibari police reached the spot and are probing the entire incident.
