Fulbari, 01st January: On Monday, the 27th foundation day of Trinamool Congress (TMC) was observed at Fulbari More under the initiative of Fulbari II Anchal.
The event witnessed the presence of TMC General Secretary of Jalpaiguri district Debashish Pramanik, Zilla Parishad member Manisha Roy, INTTUC Dabgram-Fulbari Block Sabhapati Sukanta Kar, Fulbari II Anchal Sabhapati Rabiul Karim, Goutam Goswami and other public representatives.
According to reports, the day was celebrated by cutting cake, and eight senior activists were felicitated on the occasion. Various other programs were also organized to mark the occasion. In addition to the programs, Siliguri Mayor Goutam Deb distributed warm clothes to the underprivileged people.
