Jalpaiguri, 02nd March: Sensation prevailed after the body of a 23-year old woman was found hanging from a noose in the Jalpaiguri Gayerkata area. The deceased has been identified as Namita Munda, a resident of Telipara Chowpat Line in Gayerkata. She was living in Leather Line after marriage.
According to local sources, Namita’s husband found her body hanging from a noose in the home, this afternoon. The incident was immediately reported to the police. The body was recovered and sent to Jalpaiguri Sadar Morgue for an autopsy. An investigation has been launched into the incident.
