12-foot-long king cobra rescued in ​​Jalpaiguri

Jalpaiguri, 09th August: A 12-foot-long king cobra was rescued near the forest workers’ quarters in the Ramsai area of ​​Jalpaiguri. The incident created a stir in the entire area.


Nandu Roy, secretary of Mainaguri Road Environmentalist Organization maintained that the snake was rescued by the Forest Department and released in Gorumara National Park.
