Alipurduar, 07th October: Sensation prevailed in the area of Falakata block in Jateshwar Alinagar after a body of a youth was found hanging from a noose from the puja pandal. The deceased has been identified as Raju Das.
The locals saw the dead body in a puja pandal in the Alinagar area. Upon discovering the body, the locals informed the police. As soon as the news was received, the police of the Jateshwar outpost reached the spot and recovered the body, and sent it for post-mortem. Police have started an investigation into the whole matter.
