Rajganj, 15th April: Sensation prevailed after a 23-year-old was found hanging from the noose inside an empty room this morning in Rajganj’s Bhutki Haat area. The deceased has been identified as Raju Das.
Reportedly, Raju owns a mobile shop. He came home around 10:30 pm last night and after having his dinner, he went to bed with his elder brother. This morning, his mother found his lifeless body hanging from the noose inside an empty room of their house. Hearing the screams of the mother, the family members and neighbours reached the spot. Upon receiving the news, Ambari Outpost police reached the spot and recovered the body and sent it for postmortem.
Shankar Das, the father of the deceased stated that they were a small family of 4 members. He was at a loss, unable to understand the reasons behind his son’s suicide, as there were no visible signs of conflict or tension in the family or any known triggers that could have led to such a devastating decision.
