Madarihat, 02nd December: Sensation prevailed in the Asian Highway near Mujnai Bridge in Madarihat after a young woman died in a fatal road accident, while another youth sustained injuries.
Reportedly, this afternoon a young man and woman were heading towards Birpara on a motorbike. Tragedy struck when another vehicle hit the said bike from behind and fled away. The locals rescued the injured youth and took him to the hospital.
