Will appeal to State for a Primary Health Centre in Rimbick: Amar Singh Rai

Rimbick, 18th May: A health camp was organized in Rimbick on behalf of Sai Samiti Rimbick under the aegis of Rotary Club of Darjeeling. In the campaign, more than 700 people participated.
Highlighting the insufficient medical facilities for the general public, Amar Singh Rai chairman of Darjeeling District Rogi Kalyan Samiti (Patient Welfare Committee) voiced the need for the establishment of a primary health centre in Rimbick area. He assured to appeal to the West Bengal government for the same.
In regards to the camp, Health Committee chairman of the club, Dr Dawa Bhutia maintained that the patients were attended by 12 doctors and were provided with free medicines.
