Siliguri, 04th January: Ward Utsav “Himer Parosh” commenced under the aegis of the Ward No. 7 Committee. A procession was staged from a private building on Burdwan Road in the presence of the Ward Councillor Pintu Ghosh, today.
The procession toured the various routes of the Ward. The ‘Ward Utsav’ will conclude on January 11 through various cultural programs and sports competitions.
