Islampur, 08th March: The body of an unidentified woman was recovered from the railway line at Panjipara under Goalpokhar Police Station. The incident created a stir in the entire area.
The locals sighted the body and informed the police and railway officials. Upon receiving the news, the Panjipara police as well as the railway officials reached the spot shortly after. It has been primarily assumed that the woman died after falling off the train.
The Police sent the body for an autopsy and have launched an investigation into the incident.
