Naxalbari, 05th November: Two youths have been arrested with narcotics in Naxalbari. The accused have been identified as Bishnu Roy (22) and Vikram Gurung (22).
Reportedly, on Friday, two youths were stopped by the traffic police in the Rathkhola area of Naxalbari while on their way to Siliguri from Panitanki. On conducting a check the police recovered 32 grams of brown sugar. On intercepting the drugs, the Naxalbari police arrested both youths.
Today both the accused have been produced in the Siliguri Departmental Court. Naxalbari Police has initiated an investigation into the whole matter.
