Siliguri, 26th March: Sensation prevailed in the area of Siliguri’s Ward No. 43 after two shops were gutted in the fire. Reportedly, both the shops were completely burnt into ashes late at night.
On the other hand, getting the news of the incident, one fire engine from Dabgram and Siliguri reached the spot and brought the fire under control. Both the shopkeepers suffered a lot in the said incident of arson.
However, the fire official said that the fire was doused soon with the help of two fire engines. He further added that no loss of life has been reported in the said incident.
