Islampur, 01st February: Based on a tip-off, police arrested two with firearms from Ramganj under Islampur police station area. The accused have been identified as Ajmal Reza and Reza Babu. Both are residents of Chopra police station.
Islampur District Superintendent of Police Sachin Makkar informed that a firearm including two fresh cartridges were recovered from Reza Babu and one cartridge from Ajmal Reza. The police assume the duo was plotting for a robbery. Islampur Police are investigating the entire incident.
