Siliguri, June 26: In a significant breakthrough, the Sukna Rapid Deployment Force (RDF) Squad-1 under the Darjeeling Wildlife has successfully apprehended two individuals involved in wildlife trafficking.
During an operation at the Tenzing Norgay Central Bus Terminus in Siliguri, the accused were caught in possession of 350 ml of Spectacle Cobra Oil, along with deer skin and antlers. The arrested individuals have been identified as Sikandar Kumar (36) and Sanju Vaidh (45). Sikandar hails from Uttar Pradesh, while Sanju is from Bihar. Following their arrest, both individuals were presented before the Siliguri court today to face legal proceedings.
