Alipurduar, 19 January: A young teen was run over by a train while he was crossing the tracks at Kamakhyaguri Railway Station in Alipurduar District, with his earphones plugged in.
The deceased has been identified as Surya Das of Dakshin Nararthali under Kumargram block. Reportedly, he was returning home from his tuition. After the tragic incident came to light, the GRP reached the spot to recovered the body.
