Alipurduar, 24th January: Sensation prevailed on Monday night after a tragic road accident claimed a life of a youth. The said incident has surfaced from the Asian Highway 48 in the Rangalibajna area under the Madarihat Birpara block.
The deceased has been identified as Avinash Shah (24), a resident of Birpara. Reportedly, Avinash was returning home on a bike at night. Meanwhile, on his way, a dumper was taking a turn on the said highway in the Rangalibajna area when the youth’s speeding bike hit the dumper. Due to this, he died on the spot.
The incident of the tragic accident was captured on a CCTV camera. On the other hand, the police reached the spot as soon as they received the said information and are investigating the entire incident.
