TMC's Omprakash Mishra condemns Sitalkuchi incident while campaigning in Ward No. 18

Siliguri, 10th April: Siliguri assembly Trinamool candidate Omprakash Mishra highly condemned the Sitalkuchi incident while carrying out an election campaign in Ward No. 18. He stated that after the incident, Home Minister Amit Shah should resign from his post.

It is to be noted, four people were allegedly shot dead in a clash with security forces outside a polling booth during the fourth phase of elections in Cooch Behar on Saturday.

While Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a mega meeting in Siliguri today, Om Prakash Mishra took a jibe at the PM and said that there is no special importance regarding his visit. "He wants to take over Bengal by force," Mishra added.
