Siliguri, 26th November: All central trade unions and federations have called for an All-India strike today (November 26) against various policies of the central government.
Although TMC, too, opposes various policies of the central government, Darjeeling district Trinamool Congress president Ranjan Sarkar and other district TMC leaders took to the streets today urging all to maintain a normal public life.
After touring Hillcart road, Ranjan Sarkar, while addressing the media, accused CPI(M), Congress, and BJP of jointly creating unrest in Bengal. Hence, he urged all to maintain a normal public life today.
