Siliguri, 27th January: The police of Siliguri police station have arrested three members of the scooty lifters’ gang. The arrested youths have been identified as Anish Gupta (18), Ketan Gupta (19) and Debajyoti Ghosh (18).
According to the information received, a scooty of a priest was stolen from Babupara under the Siliguri police station. After the incident, the priest lodged a complaint at the police station. After this, the police started investigating the whole matter. During the investigation, the white-dressed police of Siliguri police station identified the youths who stole the scooty. After this, three youths were arrested for stealing scooty.
On Thursday, the three youths were presented in the Siliguri court and taken on police remand for three days. Police have started investigating the entire matter.
