Alipurduar, 24thMarch: Three leopard cubs were seen in the Bhatpara tea garden of Alipurduar district after which there was a stir in the garden.
On Monday, tea workers spotted the cubs in Section No. 23 of the Bhatpara Tea Estate. Subsequently, the information was given to the forest department officials. Forest personnel rushed to the spot and rescued the cubs.
After this incident, local residents started gathering to see the leopard cubs. Meanwhile, forest workers are keeping the three cubs under their observation.
