Tension grips Siliguri with increase in spread of dengue, Mayor orders removal of barns from Ward No. 05

Siliguri, 16th October: Siliguri is seeing a rapid increase in the spread of dengue. The number of dengue-affected patients has been gradually increasing day by day. 
In view of the outbreak, Siliguri’s Mayor Goutam Deb himself took to the streets to inspect the cases and the wards for containing the spread of the disease.  
Today, the Mayor also inspected the various barns set up in Siliguri’s Ward No. 05 and ordered the removal of such barns and sheds at the earliest. It is to be noted that, Ward No. 05 has become the hub of dengue as it has the most number of dengue-affected cases.  At the same time, many people have also died due to the disease. 
Mayor Goutam Deb said that after thorough discussions among the officials, they have decided to remove the barns and sheds from the city. While the barn owners have demanded that the sheds will be removed after making alternative arrangements.
