Kalchini, 10th August: A tea garden worker was injured in a leopard attack. The incident surfaced from Subhasini Tea Estate of Kalchini block. The injured worker has been identified as Paresh Minj.
Reportedly, this morning, Paresh was working in Section 30 of the tea garden when a leopard pounced on him causing serious injuries. He was taken to Latabari Rural Hospital after the incident. Presently he is undergoing treatment at the said hospital.
