Siliguri, 29th December: An awareness program on traffic rules was organized in front of the gates of North Bengal Medical College and Hospital by the students of the NSS unit of Siliguri Suryasen Mahavidyalaya with the help of Kawakhali Traffic Police of Siliguri.
Today, fines were imposed on bike riders without helmets, and along with the fines, they were made aware of the traffic rules. The students requested everyone to drive following all the traffic rules. Apart from this, riders without helmets were given roses.
