Rajganj, 24th July: A stray dog was found lying on a bed inside the emergency ward of Rajganj Rural Hospital, triggering concern after photographs of the incident surfaced on social media.
According to reports, a resident of Ambari brought his ailing mother to the hospital on Friday morning when he noticed the stray dog resting on one of the beds in the emergency ward.
The resident allegedly found no hospital staff monitoring the area at the time. He photographed the scene and shared the images on social media, where they quickly went viral.
The incident has raised questions over cleanliness, patient safety and security arrangements at the hospital.
