Siliguri, 09th November: Based on a tip-off, the police launched an operation at a spa in a shopping mall complex in Siliguri’s Sevoke road, during which a person was detained.
Reportedly, lewd activities had been taking place in the spa for a long time. The Siliguri police launched operations this afternoon and caught a man red-handed committing indecent activities inside the spa. Several women were also rescued from the spot. However, the owner’s whereabouts have not yet been learned. The police have launched a search operation to nab the owner.
Incidentally, various allegations have been reported regarding anti-social activities being carried out in the spas in several other areas too. More such operations are likely to be carried out in the coming days.
