Siliguri, 31st May: Bapan Ghosh, a social activist and a resident of the Siliguri Aurobindopally area, has been regularly helping the needy ever since the lockdown was imposed.
Ghosh, on Sunday, distributed ration among the families of 30 students in Siliguri Hakimpara’s ‘Uday’.
