Sirin Alam of Siliguri Girls’ High School secures 8th position in WBCHSE

Siliguri, 24th May: Siliguri’s Sirin Alam, a student of Siliguri Girls High School, has achieved the eighth position in the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) examination. The announcement of Sirin’s name in the merit list sparked an atmosphere of joy and celebration among the teachers at the school. Hailing from Haiderpara, Sirin pursued the arts stream in her studies and aspires to become an Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officer in the future.


Sirin’s father, Shamsul Alam, serves as the head teacher at Murliganj High School. Overwhelmed with pride, he expressed his happiness regarding his daughter’s remarkable achievement. He noted that Sirin has displayed a keen interest in academics since her early childhood.
