Siliguri’s Bishal bags Mr. India’s title in Indian Body Building Federation competition organized in Patna

Siliguri, 31st March: Hailing from Siliguri, Bishal Gupta has brought laurels by bagging the first position in the two-day Mr. India competition organized by the Indian Body Building Federation in Patna.


Reportedly, 150 contestants from different states of the country participated in the said competition. During this Bishal Gupta, from Siliguri in North Bengal, brought laurels to the city by winning the title securing first position in 90 kg category. The bodybuilding Mr. India competition was organized on March 25 and 26 by the Indian Body Building Federation (IBBF) at Danapur in Patna. Participants from different states of the country including Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Kerala, Telangana took part in it.

On the other hand, Bishal Gupta, who returned to Siliguri after winning the title, said that he had bagged Silver Medal in the competition held in the year 2018. Again after four years, he once again partook and won the title. Talking about his journey he said that last August, he commenced his training to become Mr. India. With his victory of the title, he expressed his pleasure and happiness. He further stated that currently he is preparing to participate in Asia-level.
