Siliguri, 21st October: In view of the ongoing pandemic, the Siliguri Central Colony Durga Puja Committee adopted an initiative to organize virtual puja following the declaration of all puja pandals as no-entry zones by the Calcutta High Court.
During a press conference on Wednesday, Kanchan Roy, president of the Puja Committee, said that following the High Court’s order, visitors are completely barred from entering the puja pandal, this year. However, citizens can watch the puja on their YouTube channel. Also, no ‘Sindoor Khela’ will be held in Vijaya Dashami.
