Siliguri, 26th December: Shahid Diwas was observed in Haiderpara today on behalf of Basudhaiv Kutumbakam Voluntary Organization. Warm clothes were distributed among the needy people. Besides, free health check-up camps and food were distributed to 500 people.
On behalf of the organization, Jitendra Sharin said that four sons of Sikh guru Gobinda Singh were brutally killed. At present, people are forgetting about their sacrifices. Hence, Shahid Diwas was observed today. Free health check-up camps, warm clothes, and food were distributed today.
