Siliguri, 25th November: The Students’ Federation of India (SFI) staged a rally in support of the nation-wide general strike called by all trade unions and federations on November 26.
Reportedly, the organization members protested by burning a copy of the new education policy of the central government.
Sagar Sharma, district secretary of SFI, said the rally was organized against the centre’s new education policy and supports the strike demanding policy repeal.
