Siliguri, 06th December: Train blockades and road blockades have been reported in various parts of North Bengal since morning concerning the arrival of Bimal Gurung in Siliguri. Besides, the Public Service Commission(PSC)’s second phase examination was held today.
As a result of road blockades and traffic jams in different places today, several candidates of different districts failed to reach the examination centers within the allotted time.
Hence, the Students’ Federation of India (SFI) submitted a memorandum to the SDO with an appeal to conduct a re-test for the students.
