Cooch Behar, 09th September: The Safai workers of the COVID Department of MJN Medical College-Hospital staged a sit-in protest demanding their pending salary of two months.
It has been learned that they protested in front of the COVID department since Thursday morning. They alleged that despite approaching the hospital authorities and contractors about the matter, no solution was figured out. Hence, they staged a protest today.
