Siliguri, 30th September: Congress Darjeeling district president Shankar Malakar held a discussion with the leaders of North Bengal youth and student organizations at the party’s Bidhan Bhawan office, on Thursday. Several student-in-council leaders were present at the programme.
Later, Shankar Malakar addressed the media and said that youths will be fielded for the upcoming municipal elections. He also took a jibe at the state and center’s ruling parties. He claimed that Rahul Gandhi is the only alternative to Narendra Modi.
