Kharibari, 09th May: A person lost his life after being hit by a train at Kharibari Dudhgate-Dulal Jote in Siliguri-Aluabari railway line, on Saturday night. The deceased has been identified as Shivcharan Singh(35).
According to the information received, the deceased person was hit by a train while crossing the railway line. Unfortunately, he died on the spot.
Upon receiving the news, the Railway Police reached the spot, recovered the body, and sent it to North Bengal Medical College and Hospital for post-mortem.
