Cooch Behar, 10th October: Cooch Behar Kotwali Police arrested a young man and recovered a huge quantity of cannabis from his possession. The accused has been identified as Kaushik Sarkar, a resident of Pilkhana area of Cooch Behar.
Based on a tip-off, the Kotwali Police launched a campaign in Chaupati area of Marapara and recovered 20 kg 900 grams of cannabis on Friday night. Police are investigating the entire incident.
