Alipurduar, 25th April: On Sunday, a mass wedding was organized at Dalgaon Tea Garden Football Ground in Alipurduar district under the initiative of North Bengal Raji Parha Sarna Prarthana Sabha.
30 couples from different parts of Dooars including Dalgaon Tea Garden, Tasati Tea Garden, Birpara, Changmari Tea Garden, New Doors, Kathalguri Tea Garden tied the knot. The newlyweds were happy to get social recognition.
Organization president Raji Parha Sarna, secretary Jitesh Kerketta, Treasurer Vikram Minj, and many others were present at the programme.
